【摘要】:1.1Thepurposeofthisstandardistospecifyliquid-in-glassASTMthermometersusinglowhazardthermometricliquidsdefinedinthisstandard.1.2Thisstandardspecifiesliquid-in-glassthermometersgraduatedindegreesCelsiusordegreesFahrenheitthatarefrequentlyidentifiedandusedinmethodsunderthejurisdictionofthevarioustechnicalcommitteeswithinASTM.ThecurrentapprovedthermometersarelistedinTable1.1.3ThetechnicalrequirementsforthethermometricliquidsusedinthethermometersinTable1arespecifiedinAnnexA1.TestsforconformitytothetechnicalrequirementsarealsofoundinAnnexA1.Note18212;IthasbeenfoundbyexperiencethatASTMThermometers,althoughdevelopedingeneralforspecifictests,mayalsobefoundsuitableforotherapplications,thusprecludingtheneedfornewthermometerspecificationsdifferinginonlyminorfeatures.However,itissuggestedthattechnicalcommitteescontactE20.05beforechoosingacurrentlydesignatedthermometerforanewmethodtobesurethethermometerwillbesuitablefortheintendedapplication.1.4Forfullrationale,seeAppendixX1.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thisclassificationcoverspairsofscalesforclassifyinganaspectoftheserviceabilityofanofficefacility,thatis,thecapabilityofanofficefacilitytomeetcertainpossiblerequirementsforsuitablesoundandvisualconditions.Withinthataspectofserviceability,eachpairofscales,shownin,areforclassifyingonetopicofserviceability.EachparagraphinanOccupantRequirementScale(see)summarizesonelevelofserviceabilityonthattopic,whichoccupantsmightrequire.ThematchingentryintheFacilityRatingScale(see)isatranslationoftherequirementintoadescriptionofcertainfeaturesofafacilitywhich,takenincombination,indicatethatthefacilityislikelytomeetthatlevelofrequiredserviceability.TheentriesintheFacilityRatingScale(see)areindicativeandnotcomprehensive.Theyareforquickscanningtoestimateapproximately,quickly,andeconomically,howwellanofficefacilityislikelytomeettheneedsofoneoranothertypeofoccupantgroupovertime.Theentriesarenotformeasuring,knowing,orevaluatinghowanofficefacilityisperforming.Thisclassificationcanbeusedtoestimatethelevelofserviceabilityofanexistingfacility.Itcanalsobeusedtoestimatetheserviceabilityofafacilitythathasbeenplannedbutnotyetbuilt,suchasoneforwhichsingle-linedrawingsandoutlinespecificationshavebeenprepared.Thisclassificationindicateswhatwouldcauseafacilitytoberatedatacertainlevelofserviceabilitybutdoesnotstatehowtoconductaserviceabilityratingnorhowtoassignaserviceabilityscore.ThatinformationisfoundinPracticeE1334.ThescalesinthisclassificationarecomplimentarytoandcompatiblewithPracticeE1334.Eachrequirestheother.
