【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardispartofaseriesofstandards,detailsofthisseriesaregiveninENISO15607:2003,annexA.Thisstandardspecifieshowapreliminaryweldingprocedurespecificationisqualifiedbyweldingproceduretests.Thisstandarddefinestheconditionsfortheexecutionofweldingproceduretestsandtherangeofqualificationforweldingproceduresforallpracticalweldingoperationswithintherangeofvariableslistedinclause8.Testsshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththisstandard.Additionaltestsmayberequiredbyapplicationstandards.ThisstandardappliestothearcandgasweldingofsteelsinallproductformsandthearcweldingofnickelandnickelalloysinallproductformsArcandgasweldingarecoveredbythefollowingprocessesinaccordancewithENISO4063:111-manualmetalarcwelding(metal-arcweldingwithcoveredelectrode);114-self-shieldedtubular-coredarcwelding;12-submergedarcwelding;131-metalinertgaswelding,MIGwelding;135-metalactivegaswelding,MAGwelding;136-tubular-coredmetalarcweldingwithactivegasshield;137-tubular-coredmetalarcweldingwithinertgasshield;141-tungsteninertgasarcwelding;TIGwelding;15-plasmaarcwelding;311-oxy-acetylenewelding.TheprinciplesofthisEuropeanStandardmaybeappliedtootherfusionweldingprocesses.
