【摘要】:1ThispartofISO8124specifiesmaximumacceptablelevelsandmethodsofsamplingandextractionpriortoanalysisforthemigrationoftheelementsantimony,arsenic,barium,cadmium,chromium,lead,mercuryandseleniumfromtoymaterialsandfrompartsoftoys,exceptmaterialsnotaccessible(seeISO8124-1).2Maximumacceptablelevelsarespecifiedforthemigrationoftheelementslistedin1.1fromthefollowingtoymaterials:—coatingsofpaints,varnishes,lacquers,printinginks,polymersandsimilarcoatings(see8.1);—polymericandsimilarmaterials,includinglaminates,whethertextile-reinforcedornot,butexcludingothertextiles(see8.2);—paperandpaperboard,uptoamaximummassperunitareaof400g/m(see8.3);—naturalorsynthetictextiles(see8.4);—glass/ceramic/metallicmaterials,exceptingleadsolderwhenusedforelectricalconnections(see8.5);—othermaterials,whethermass-colouredornot(e.g.wood,fibreboard,hardboard,boneandleather)(see8.6);—materialsintendedtoleaveatrace(e.g.thegraphitematerialsinpencilsandliquidinkinpens)(see8.7);—pliablemodellingmaterials,includingmodellingclays,andgels(see8.8);—paintstobeusedassuchinthetoy,includingfingerpaints,varnishes,lacquers,glazingpowdersandsimilarmaterialsinsolidorliquidform(see8.9).3ForthepurposesofthispartofISO8124,thefollowingcriteriaareconsideredappropriateinthecategorizationoftoyswhichcanbesucked,lickedorswallowed:—allintendedfood/oralcontacttoys,cosmetictoysandwritinginstrumentscategorizedastoys;—toysintendedforchildrenuptosixyearsofage,i.e.allaccessiblepartsandcomponentswherethereisaprobabilitythatthosepartsorcomponentsmaycomeintocontactwiththemouth(seeannexD).Toysandpartsoftoyswhich,duetotheiraccessibility,function,mass,sizeorothercharacteristics,obviouslyexcludeanyhazardduetosucking,lickingorswallowing,bearinginmindthenormalandforeseeablebehaviourofchildren,arenotcoveredbythispartofISO8124.4Packagingmaterialsarenotincludedunlesstheyarepartofthetoyorhaveintendedplayvalue(seeannexD).
