【摘要】:Thispracticeisusedtodeterminethenumberofusefulimpressionsobtainableundernormaloperatingconditionsofagiventypewriterorprinterribbon.Itissuitableforserviceevaluationorresearchanddevelopment.Thispracticeisgenerallynotconsideredpracticalformanufacturingcontrolspecificationacceptancebecauseofthelengthoftimerequiredtoobtainresults.Interpretationofthetestresultistobemadeonacomparativebasis,notonthebasisofabsolutevalues.1.1Thispracticecoversthedeterminationoftheusableimageproducinglifeofaninkedfabrictypewriterribbonoraninkedfabricprinterribbonexpressedasthenumberofimpressionsobtainablefromagivenunit.1.2Thispracticeisnotapplicabletoone-timetypewriterribbonssuchascarbonribbons.1.3Thispracticeissuitablefornarrowprinterribbonswithawidthof2in.(50.8mm)orless.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60749establishesastandardprocedurefordeterminingthesolderabilityofdevicepackageterminationsthatareintendedtobejoinedtoanothersurfaceusingtin-lead(SnPb)orlead-free(Pb-free)solderfortheattachment.Thistestmethodprovidesaprocedurefor‘dipandlook’solderabilitytestingofthroughhole,axialandsurfacemountdevices(SMDs)aswellasanoptionalprocedureforaboardmountingsolderabilitytestforSMDsforthepurposeofallowingsimulationofthesolderingprocesstobeusedinthedeviceapplication.Thetestmethodalsoprovidesoptionalconditionsforageing.Thistestisconsidereddestructiveunlessotherwisedetailedintherelevantspecification.NOTE1ThistestmethodisingeneralaccordwithIEC60068,butduetospecificrequirementsofsemiconductors,thefollowingtextisapplied.NOTE2Thistestmethoddoesnotassesstheeffectofthermalstresseswhichmayoccurduringthesolderingprocess.ReferenceshouldbemadeIEC60749-15orIEC60749-20.
