【摘要】:Thistestmethodoffersameansofdetermininganionicdetergentscommonlyfoundinlaundry,dishwashing,andothercleaningmaterials.Accuratedeterminationoftheanionicactivesubstanceishighlyimportantinassessingthecostandeffectivenessofsuchcleaningsubstances.Thistestmethodisnotaffectedbylowmolecularweightsulfonates,suchasthoseoftolueneandxylenecommonlyfoundindetergentformulations,whenthesesubstancesarepresentupto15weight%ofactivematerial.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheamountofsyntheticanionicingredientinasurfactantbydirecttitrationwithastandardizedcationicreagent.Thetestmethodisasimpleandconvenientmeansforthequantitativeestimationoftheanionicmaterial.Theendpointisdetectedbythetransferofacoloredcomplexfromanorganicsolventphasetoanaqueousphase.Thecoloredcomplexisformedbytheadditionofasolutionofdyetoasolutionoftheanionicsurfactant.Thiscomplexissolubleintheorganic-solventphaseandinsolubleintheaqueousphase.Whenthissolutionistitratedwithastandardizedsolutionofacationicreagent,thedyeisdisplacedfromthecoloredcomplexand,beingwater-soluble,migratestotheaqueousphase.Therefore,acationictitratingsolutionthathasbeenstandardizedagainstacharacterizedanionicagentcanbeusedtoanalyzeforotheranionicsofknownmolecularmass.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletoalkylarylsulfonates,alkylsulfonates,alkylsulfatesandhydroxy-sulfates,alkylphenol-andfattyalcoholethoxy-sulfatesanddialkylsulfosuccinates.Itappliestoactivematerialscontainingonehydrophilicgrouppermolecule.1.3Theanalyticalproceduresappearinthefollowingorder:SectionsReagents6PrimaryStandard8Purity8.2Alcohols8.3FreeAcidorAlkali8.4PreparationofMixedIndicatorSolution9PreparationofHyamineSolution10StandardizationofHyamineSolution11GeneralProcedureforAnionic-ActiveMaterial12
