【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesrequirementsforflexibleloadbearingcombustionmodified,polyurethanecellularmaterials,manufacturedinblock,sheetandstripform,inmouldedandfabricatedshapesandasreconstitutedmaterial.MaterialsdefinedascombustionmodifiedarethosethatmeetthelegalandtechnicalrequirementsoftheFurnitureandFurnishings(Fire)(Safety)Regulations1988[1]andtheFurnitureandFurnishings(Fire)(Safety)(Amendment)Regulations1989[2]foruseindomesticupholsteredfurniture,mattressesandbedbases.NOTE1AnnexAreproducestherelevanttestrequirements.Inadditiontothedefinitiverequirements,thisstandardalsorequirestheitemsdetailedinClause3tobedocumented.Forcompliancewiththisstandard,boththedefinitiverequirementsandthedocumenteditemshavetobesatisfied.NOTE2RecommendedapplicationsfortherangeofflexiblepolyurethanecellularmaterialsspecifiedinthisstandardarelistedinAnnexB.
