【摘要】:ThispartofISO16784appliestocorrosionandfoulinginindustrialcoolingwatersystems.ThispartofISO16784coversthecriteriathatmustbedefinedandimplementedinapilot-scaletestingprogrammetoselectwatertreatmentprogrammesforuseinspecificrecirculatingcoolingwatersystems.ThispartofISO16784coversonlyopenrecirculatingcoolingwatersystems.Closedcoolingsystemsandonce-throughcoolingwatersystemsarespecificallyexcluded.ThispartofISO16784appliesonlytosystemsincorporatingshell-and-tubeheatexchangerswithstandarduncoatedsmoothtubesandcoolingwateronthetubeside.Heatexchangerswithshell-sidewater,plateandframeand/orspiralheatexchangers,andotherheatexchangedevicesarespecificallyexcluded.However,whenthetestconditionsareproperlysetuptomodelthesurfacetemperatureandshearstressinmorecomplexheat-transferdevices,thetestresultsmaypredictwhatmayoccurinanoperatingheatexchangerofthatdesign.ThetestcriteriaestablishedinthispartofISO16784arenotintendedtogovernthetypeofbenchandpilot-scaletestingnormallycarriedoutbywatertreatmentcompaniesaspartoftheirproprietaryproduct-developmentprogrammes.However,watertreatmentcompaniesmaychoosetousethecriteriainthispartofISO16784asguidelinesinthedevelopmentoftheirownproduct-developmenttestprocedures.
